- Functions:
- Design and develop user interface
framework under Windows using .NET, C#, and XAML.
- Design and develop specialized
user interface controls using XAML and C#
- Design and develop dynamic interfaces
to a multi-faceted server application.
- Design and develop software
for network architectures using firewalls, switches, etc.
- Write specifications and plans
for new designs.
- Work closely with on or off-site
development, integration and QA teams.
- Assist in writing help and technical
documentation.
- Troubleshoot system and software
problems.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills,
Knowledge and Experience:
- BS Computer Science or equivalent
experience.
- 8 Years software engineering
industry experience required.
- Experience with commercial software
development.
- Experience with C++, C#, .NET,
or other Microsoft Visual Studio based languages.
- Experience with user interface
development
- Understanding of simple interfaces
for unskilled operators
- Strong communication/documentation
skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

and Experience:
- Experience with XAML highly
desirable
- Experience with network hardware/software
like firewalls, switches, VPN, routing, etc.
- Experience with Windows Server
