Required Skills,
Knowledge and Experience:
- Current certifications Cisco
CCIE required
- Must have at least 5 years successful
experience in support of sales of technical products such as
VoIP, LAN, WAN, WLAN, and/or enterprise IT systems
- Must have at least 3 years successful
experience presenting complex technical content to both technical
and non-technical audiences
- Must have at least 2 years successful
experience writing technical documents from whitepapers to RFPs
- Ability to work closely with
the sales team to maximize account coordination
- Good understanding of sales
and support process and practices
- Ability to present complex technology
to technical and non-technical customer audiences
- Ability to communication unique
value proposition
- Ability to identify additional
sales opportunities and customer needs based on technical input
- Independent professional who
executes job assignments with limited supervision
- Self-starter ability to initiate
and drive business with little to no supervision
- Prefer candidate with military
background or experience and understanding of federal space
- Additional engineering certifications
may be required
- Will be required to obtain a
US secret clearance
