- Seeking a motivated, MS Computer
Science graduate to work as a Quality Engineer on the Enterprise
Data Fabric engineering team. This engineer will participate
in planning, development, and release of the product. We are
looking for an engineer who also likes to drive testing for quality
and performance. At this company, testing is a team effort and
our Quality Engineers work to maintain the group’s focus
on quality. It is all about white box distributed test development,
and developing a deep understanding of the core product to help
diagnose and occasionally fix problems. The successful candidate
must be committed to world-class software quality and performance,
self-directed, assertive, and able to work on several tasks concurrently.
- Responsibilities:
- Design, development, and implementation
of complex functional, performance, and scalability tests and
test frameworks in Java.
- Running tests, analyzing problems
and performance, and identifying and resolving shortcomings.
- Work on a small team (4-10)
engineers on a daily basis, using Agile engineering practices.
