- Project Description:
Planning, developing, maintaining,
supporting, and optimizing the Oracle applications environment,
all associated interfaces and reporting. Responsible for being
the technical lead responsibilities. Responsible for life cycle
development efforts of Oracle applications
Responsibilities:
- Solid understanding of Oracle
Applications development tools and methodologies
- Mentor colleagues in best practices
for architecture design in implementing business solutions
- Identify, build, and maintain
relationships with business owners
- Orchestrate alternative technology
solutions for a business requirements
- Understanding of project administration,
project timelines, budgets, issue tracking/resolution, and status
reporting
- Keep current with new products
/ technologies, that Oracle and Non-Oracle software provides
for continuous improvement in Application Architecture
- Provides input in support of
the business plan.

Required Skills,
Knowledge and Experience:
- BS or BA in computer science,
business, or equivalent required.
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle
development technologies such as PLSQL, SQL Plus, Developer 2000,
10g and workflow.
- Advance knowledge of Oracle
applications Rel 11.5.10 technical architecture and business
flow and ability to carry out technical upgrade for custom code
during system wide upgrade
- Excellent knowledge of Oracle’s
CRM , HRMS and Financial Data Models
- Experience with Oracle Fusion
Middleware tools (XML Gateway, XML Publisher, BPEL Process Manager,
etc)
- OA Framework
- Oracle Portal
- Oracle Internet Directory
- Java JSP and J2EE
- Trade Community Architecture
- Source control and version control
for change management
- Extensive application support
experience
- Problem solving skills and demonstrate
strong working knowledge of using Oracle Metalink
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
suite of products,
- Experienced with MS Project
or equivalent project management software
