Position Description:
 
Provide Business Systems Analysis to clients by gathering, clarifying, researching, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for designing, integrating and migrating vendor software application, identifying system interfaces, coordination of internal technical team, and integrating solution with existing back office systems for the Client.
Responsibilities include the facilitation of work throughout the entire IT life cycle, which includes working with IT architects to identify a technical solution, facilitating IT effort estimation, providing work oversight and customer status, and facilitating testing.
This assignment requires significant data analysis and mapping between systems, and requires a strong business process development effort by the analyst with the business customers. Persuasive and decisive communication skills are essential.
Experience and exposure to Human Resource Business methods, processes and procedures, including but not limited to recruitment lifecycles, candidate selection processes, candidate onboarding and offboarding processes.
Experience with functional and technical requirements gathering, developing business process and data flow diagrams, documentation of functional and technical specifications, test plans, deployment plans, QA plans, training plans and coordination with project team for project implementation.

  • Ability to work with customers, understand their business practices and manage their expectations
  • Ability to work with assigned Project Manager in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to analyze and document business and system processes
  • Experience writing Use Cases
  • Ability to multitask and handle ambiguity
  • Ability to take charge and lead tasks to completion
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional organization
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible systems analysis experience or, equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Thorough understanding of the Application Development Life Cycle and the ability to lead efforts in implementing life cycle practices
  • Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
  •  

Desired Skills, Knowledge and Experience: 

  • Experience with Web-enabled solutions, desirable, but not required.
  • Experience with implementing vendor provided solutions desirable, but not required.
  • ITIL Certification a plus.
