Business System Analyst skills Analysis requirements with customer, document and create design and program specifications.

Work with developers and test application.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience: 

• 5 years mainframe analysis and design experience.
• Tools/Applications: DB2, IMS DB/DC, COBOL
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills for leading meetings and creating documentation.
