- Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis, design and
development of Focus and Web Focus components of OWL system
- Identify risks in proposed designs
- Write detailed technical specifications
and implement them
- Assess user needs
- Troubleshoot application problems
and propose optimal resolutions
- Provide customer service in
an advisory role
- Responsible for optimization
of system applications
- Perform technical training when
necessary
- Assist with user testing
- Assist with user training as
needed
