- Position Description:
-
- Primary responsibility for the
implementation management, administration, monitoring, enhancing
and maintenance of the Ingenix iCES claims editing system. This
position will support the IS department in the project management
of QNXT related or integrated projects that require technical
or configuration services such as the implementation of new products
and services, developing and utilizing current system functionality
and improving the efficiency of current systems and processes.

- Responsibilities / Functions:
- Provide hands-on expertise for
implementation, configuration and on-going support of iCES and
other assigned projects to include analysis, system configuration,
operational implementation, process documentation, training and
testing
- Coordinate the installation
of iCES upgrades and fixes
- Monitor and maintain iCES software
performance and integrity
- Provide iCES expertise and assistance
to external and internal customers
- Develop and maintain customer
and vendor relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
to aid project delivery
- Provide education and training
on Essential Position Functions

Required Skills, Knowledge
and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in a related
field; or any work experience and/or training that would likely
provide the ability to perform the essential functions of the
position.
- 2+ years experience with QNXT
managed care system
- 2+ years experience with iCES
(Ingenix Claims Edit System) clinical claims editing
- Minimum of five years experience
in the analysis, configuration and testing of integrated computer
systems
- Strong understanding of functions
and workflows of health insurance claims processing, eligibility,
medical management and provider relations departments.
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of implementation
lifecycle
